Then email them with all the information at support@swtor.com.
Secondly as the subscription is hit and miss via Steam always log into your SWTOR account at https://www.swtor.com/?c=X6-O533903822 and get the subscription there.
and than bug report?
It is not necessarily a bug.
SWTOR Support are aware, but no one can seem to answer why some are able to get a subscription via Steam and others cannot.
Personally I always get the subscription via the SWTOR website because i originally played on the external launcher.
