Are There Ways to Hard Reset Progression?

I've not played the game for a long time now and forgot what stuff I unlocked and mission I done.

I wanted to reset my progression in game I know we can delete character and start fresh but if I do that it would still unlock all the stuff that have been unlocked by my previous char that are family(?) wide.

When I say hard reset I refer to resetting my progression to 0 like no upgrade from family(?) unlock and something like that, like when we first played the game doesn't have stuff and all that.

Is there a way to do that? if there is please tell me how to, I would be grateful if you told me how to do it.

Reason to why I wanted to do this is
1. I wanted to play the game from scratch like without the help of the family(?) unlock
2. I already forgot most of the story and I wanted to feel the fun without boost from stuff I already gotten

There is no option for a reset of your Legacy progression. The only thing you can do is to play on a different server with a separate Legacy or create a completely new account.

on the new server can I use my old name for the char and or the Legacy?
and does subscription or prefered(?) things still applied?

Only if those names are still available and not already taken by someone else on that server. Account things like subscriptions, subscriber rewards, Promo codes and item Collections will be available to you on a different server as well.

And be advised that you do NOT transfer a character from your current server to the new server, because that existing character will bring with him all Legacy unlocks to the new Legacy on the destination server.
