Error Code: C5, Failed to load game assets

Everytime i try to launch SWTOR i get Error Code: C5, Failed to load game assets. I searched it on the internet and it says i need to delete a file called BitRaider but i don't see the file. I reinstalled the game but it does not work. Any help is appreciated. I have been playing SWTOR since 2012 and this never happened to me before.

Verify steam cache files

Step 1. Restart your computer and launch. Steam.
step 2. Next, you can either right click the game in your Library, or click the gear icon from the game's Library page on the far right.
Step 3. From the drop down menu, select. Properties...
Select the. Local Files. ...
Step 4. Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.
