Report a translation problem
If you somehow lost access to your SK on your phone, you need to remove the old SK and get a new one. To remove it you have to leave the SK number blank when logging into your account on the website and click the "Lost your Security Key?" link when you are prompted to type in the number. You will then start the process of removing the SK with a one-time-password being sent to your registered Email adress.
If you don't see the "Lost your Security Key?" option, you can only remove the SK by calling customer support and answering security questions.
