So you kind of have to remember that SWTOR is basically three games in one. There's the original story, then there is is the pre-KOTFE/KOTET but post story content, then there is the KOTFE/KOTET and beyond story line.

Answers are going to depend on what part of the game you're at and various choices made throughout the game.

Okay so, in the base game, no not really. The first instance I remember where I was able to flirt with any female as a female, was Rise of the Hutt Cartel.

Imp Agent story line you can romance your female handler but it's really easy to screw up that part of the story line no matter if you're a male or female.

I ran a female agent through and got to start the romance line, but had the holo communicator bug hit so the GM's were skipping me through that part so it killed it for me.

There's a thread if you google for it that explains the exact steps you have to take if you wan the romance to go to the end.

As a Female character, you can overly flirt with several female characters but it really only starts from the Shadows of Revan Expansion, with Lana Beniko If imperial, but on Republic it starts on Rise of the Hutt Cartel.

I think the Basic Content of Swtor, they were not ready to go down the gay path, since back then it wasn't so 'in your face' as it is now.

So they tried it with the republic scientist woman and it had a big acceptance, since it was optional and not forced and then they brought out a proper relationship possibility, in the form of Lana Beniko, who is my go to girl to romance as a female character, since she is tough, but has alot of compassion, which is strange for a Sith.

They didn't add same sex flirting/romancing till the first expansion.

First lesbian flirt is on Makeb and only on Republic side. There's no same-sex content at all before Makeb and imperial players have to wait until prelude to Shadow of Revan

I wonder if they will complete the Juhani romance route in kotor in the remake? Cause it was their first attempt at it and they likely chickened out, since it was like half done or something.

Yeah that too. My guess is when they changed it with the expansion they just totally removed the same sex block part so it's not there after the class story ends, so female on female and male on male is an option.

Well, the Kotor remake might see that story arc finished finally, cause same gender romances have never been a bad thing in my opinion, as long as it is optional and not in your face by force.
