How do you get the expansion packs, do they come with a subscription?

To be fair they tend to inform you through the news on the site and social media (and now on steam) as opposed to the videos. At best the videos tell us when its coming and for us to subscribe to unlock the expansions.

Yes, but the question posed was "What is "knights of the fallen empire" and "onslaught"?
Questions in the title, been away for awhile and was wondering what these new modes were". The videos did nothing whatsoever to answer the question. We all KNOW they're expansions. Not raging about that, I was just looking forward to actual info.

Expansions with new story, worth to sub at least for 1month to unlock all of them. U won't lose access to expansions after sub expires

If you played pre expacs expect a big diff when playin KOTFE. I'm new to the game and loved it up till I got to KOTFE. It's more of an interactive movie is the best way I could describe it. Now I haven't played all the way throught it yet. I'm at chapter 9 but I was very disappointed considering how much I had loved the game to that point and it's also a solo mode as well and I miss getting to group with friends to play.
