Quesh Bug, I need help

I'm a power tech who is now starting the task on Quesh but to get on the planet I need the vaccination but when I try to talk to the Medical Officer it just says ''No one gets on Queshs Planetary Surface until they get a vaccine bla bla bla''

I tried getting on the planet anyways but It wouldn't let me so I'm now stuck in the space station above the planet, can anyone help me get passed this bug?

Talk to the story arc guy right before getting on the shuttle....he has the vaccination.

It won't let me, I allowed me to on my first character which was one of the Sith ones

You might be underleveled and the quest won't activate until you have reached the minimum level range of the planet. I think you have to be at least lvl 33 for the inoculation quest to activate.
