I would just recommend turning off general chat and ignoring it as a whole.
And when people like OP say things like "troll their social justice" it's obvious they're trying to bait people anyway.
The most toxic players are likely the tools that say these things tbh.
The silent majority pays for the lack of MODERATION once again !
When 3-5 players flood the gen. chat with hundreds of players in there, the majority of people turn it off/ignore it straight away, loosing an important tool, isn't that amazing !?
This game is called Star wars: The Old Republic, not U.S.A Election/ SJW / etc. simulator.
