When does the items on the cartel market rotate out for new stuff to buy?

Only Bioware knows except the Flash sale you can see how many hours left, so you know something new will appear when the timer runs out. The other stuff on the Featured page seems to stick around for a few weeks, but I don't know if there is a set time. New stuff is every 1 or 2 months, but not set in stone.

The most reliable way to get something that's not there is from the GTN. Some armor sets are pretty rare though. Others are really expensive. You can always buy things with cartel coins to sell on GTN, then use those credits to buy the armor set on GTN.
