No.
The hard part now is getting a group for it because it's old content and hardly anyone wants to do it.
Same goes for the Seeker Droid missions. Kind of hate it that they have a whole solo storyline end in a group content. Same with Oricon Story missions which require an Operation to finish the story.I prefer to do Story Content solo because most people will yell at you to Spacebar trough which I dislike.
Yeah, the very last time I tried it, like more than three years ago I believe, I never found a group.
That's when you not only not spacebar, but let the timer run its full course when decisions need to be made.
Problem is each toon can only do it once after a long quest chain. If I can redo it like other heroics, I would have gladly helped others.
The game has a long list of bugged bosses, from wrong attack type to bug that make the boss invulnerable. But last I played this mission two, three years ago everything was fine. It should be the 6.0 or 6.1 patch that bugged it, and claim to be fixed in yeaterday's patch.
Same here. These H4 are quite fun and I'd gladly do them again once in a while. They should have made a weekly with the macro/seeker droid heroics.
And yes, it works. I did it about a month ago the last time. And it's still as pointless as it ever was. The quest reward still ain't worth the hassle, which is probably why nobody does it.
What exactly are you expecting to be worth the hassle?... A nuke for insta kill in ops or warzones?
There's some unique Legacy gear for both quest lines. And a QoL as you get macrobinoculars and seeker droids as actual abilities. Yes it is QoL, nothing like being able to scan things like the Jedi Enclave on Dantooine outside the event and so on (I also bet that hardly anyone is aware that Oricon dailies have bonus tied to both).
After finishing the Dreadseed questline you can go and dig up the Dreadseed armor, which is actually pretty decent looking (the Forager suit is more a bit ... meh). Before you finish the Dreadseed question, you can dig in the locations but you won't find armor parts.
Finishing the last Bino H4 gives you jack. You can do the scan bonus missions on the various daily areas by just starting the Bino quest. Yes, it ties up a mission slot, but it's not like you need those 25 mission slots anyway at top level.
The hard part now is getting a group for it because it's old content and hardly anyone wants to do it."
Tell that to the countless Jedi that ruin a nice little Tython heroic run... 100 players on tython 1 , 60 of them IN THAT CAVE! That poor boss in there...
The "Old" contend has uses even on highest level. If you dont see that then i feel sorry for you. Especiel the Time you need for the oldest and thus easierst of things beat other higher later ones by far (Tython on best cases is done in 6 minutes wich either(if you are under lvl60) net you a box OR it gives you a LATE GAME REVARD CHEST for basicaly Eternal Throne chapter 9!
Seeker droid H4 gives a level 55 gear box, which is useless, and the macrobinocular one lets you choose between the same useless gear box and a variety of mod with item rating 148 (useless as well).
Plus they have mechanics that require multiple players while each of your 60 jedi in the cave on Tython can faceroll the H2+ alone. And they can't be repeated unless you do all the quest chain again on another character like someone pointed out, that doesn't help.
