that seems a bit weird, how long should i expect to wait at the longest?

Should have been granted the moment the payment got confirmed and after the time got added to your subscription. It's always been like this for mine. Maybe because of Steam it will be delayed because of confirmation between Steam/Bioware but it really should not take longer than 72 hours.

90 days recurring Subscription:
As above, additional grants at 30 days and 60 days.
Coins rewarded: 550 every 30 days
Your payment method will be charged every 90 days and your first set of reward coins for that Subscription will be added to your account as soon as possible afterwards.

180 days recurring Subscription:
As for 30 days with additional grants at 30,60,90, 120 and 150 days.
Coins rewarded: 600 every 30 days.
Your payment method will be charged every 180 days and your first set of reward coins for that Subscription will be added to your account as soon as possible afterwards.

still havent recieved them, im not sure what to do?

do a in game support ticket assuming you still have sub status. I believe this option will be under Gear icon in top bar as customer service/submit ticket option.
It might take some time to answer. The one time i submited a tocken for lacking cartel coins it took them like 2 to 3 weeks to respond but they had no problem to add cartel coins manually afterwards.
You don't need to but in my case i wrote as well the date when i bought sub and for how long.
