Credit cap?

Preferred player here. Is the credit cap still there?
I played a lot a few years ago (was subscriber for 15 days) but left when the game capped my credits making purchases on the global net impracticable. I can understand the cap on f2p players, but I cannot understand it on players who already contributed with real money to the devs.

Is this BS still there? Would like to return to the game, but only when they remove this limitation.

You don't want to play for a lot of time and only do your deals on global market on just specific days, you want to have access to it anytime you want. Besides that, no game is worth subscribing (yes not even [and perhaps specially] WoW) it's a model of business that is just described as "leeching wallets and kids parent's credit cards".
You pay the game and you expect to play anytime you want and not for a limited time. The only subscription services acceptable are Origin's for example where you pay a small fee (4€) and have access to a ton of games/month.
But for 15€/month on a single game that also have microtrans that is just way too much greediness. You can end up spending hundreds of € and after an hiatus, you end up just like the player who never spent a single cent. If you are a casual player, sub system is also a shameless money grab because you have to pay like a Netflix service just to be able to play once in a while, there is no option for you to pay the game and play the complete version of the game whenever you want or can.
So the escrow system is useless. Either they remove the cap for players who spent money on the game or it is not worth playing it.

I mean the free cartel coints for 2fa have given me thousands of cartel coins, 15 bucks provides all dlc and character boosts. Just use game time card or 1 month sub. Never spent "hundreds of dollars" It's not worth playing a game where to credit cap only comes into effect towards endgame where you would play the game for plenty of hours if you did all the story lines per class/ dlc / revan and have many other sinks such as legacy- crafting-gear and strongholds idk what to tell you if you can't find something to do under 1 mill credits :/

Out of big name MMOs like GW2, ESO and SWTOR that offer free to play or buy to play free model, SWTOR has the worst version. But the devs dont care.

Is this the warframe that has crappy standing limits, unneeded time gating, islands of grind that are the open worlds, prime access that's stupidly expensive and didn't receive any changes to accessory bundle until Jim ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sterling said something, terrible tutorial, terrible p2p connection system the same one that doesnt explain how to obtain platinum and ends up looking shady af by hiding warframes behind countless rng grindfest then a 3 day wait or pay for platinum to then pay for a frame slot?

The credit cap is a nonfactor unless you have 100s to 1000s of hours ingame at which point just spend 15 bucks it not like you haven't gotten your money's worth outta the game.

Would rather a credit cap then a crafting resource cap like eso and with eso you only rent the dlc never own it.

And don't call it "hardcore" slap a crit build on half the melee weapons and bind slide dash to scroll wheel and you can clear 90% of the star chart other 10% use a have decent frame with said crit build and you'll do fine-not the definition of hardcore.
