Helmet mask suddenly disappeared on character after cutscenes

I was in the middle of a story mission and was completing a conversation with an NPC and suddenly after my characters face mask disappeared. I can’t seem to find a way to re enable it. Everything was working fine up until then. Is this a visual glitch or something?

I already tried logging out and logging back in, as well as restarting the game and nothing worked.

Yes its a pretty common visual bug atm. I wouldnt worry about it right now give it a day or two. If its still bad youll need to remove the helmet from the outfit designer and then put it back on. Ive had this bug twice in last week. First time I had to use the outfit designer, second time it resolved automatically after relogging the next day

There is an option in the character panel to Hide Head Slot. On the top right of the panel where you see your character, click the little armor icon to bring up some appearance options at the bottom of the panel. Toggling this option should fix the problem. However, this option is only available to subscribers or those who buy the unlock "Customization Control: Hide Head Slot." If you are free to play, you can try sending an email to [e-mail]. Maybe they will fix it for you, but they don't have a very good track record helping free players.

A few cutscene have that glitch. Some force your head on, some force your head off, some discard your heard appearance altogether and show what you are wearing. Most have been reported again and again.

Ah okay. I’ll try logging in today and seeing if it helped.

I’ll try contacting them if nothing else works.
