Where can I find the game time cards in store? I usually get them at Walmart but they did not have any yesterday.

Does Walmart or GameStop or anybody still sell them? I just want to be able to unlock the newest expansion/add on. I think it’s the onslaught one
Hey Bubs, idk about that anymore, being mostly everything is digital. I have seen that people are having issues of buying game time on steam and it transferring to their account. Your best bet is to just use the games website: https://www.swtor.com/

Ok, I don’t use credit cards so I don’t really buy stuff online but I guess I’ll have to look around in stores more before I decide whether I wanna try buying one online. Thanks though!
You have to link your accounts and , probably, login at least once through Steam, I think, for time cards to properly activate. I bought one yesterday, and it added the time right away when I reloaded the game.

You probably have to reinstall because swtor website uses streaming launcher while Steam uses non-streaming launcher. Anyways, once you get it working on Steam, you can buy Steam wallet gift cards and use that money to buy SWTOR subscription. Another option is buying Amazon gift cards and use that money to buy SWTOR digital game time. You get a code in a the mail that you add to swtor.com site after logging in your account. I haven't bought game time cards for SWTOR. I've heard they don't have good supply. Sometimes they are there; other times stores don't seem to have them.
They don't make the physical cards anymore. However you can get a digital subscription code from Amazon so if you really want to avoid using a credit card, you can get an Amazon gift card and then use that to buy a subscription code from Amazon.

Okay, I don’t have a amazon account though, so I will probably try just getting it through steam or seeing if a relative is willing to use their credit card. Thanks though

Also do the codes ever expire? Do I have to use them right away or are they good forever until I use it?
Bubbles 29. Sep. 2020 um 14:35
Also sorry, is the code sent through mail or email? After buying.

The codes from Amazon you get right on the order confirmation page. You can also go into order history to look up the code if you leave the page. Maybe they send email too, but I don't remember. The Steam gift cards you just add to your Steam account. Then you can buy the 60-day game time option. Subscription options probably require active payment on your account, but the one time 2 month game time does not. I don't know if codes expire, but sometimes a code is accidentally used (pretty rare) and you have to contact SWTOR support to get a replacement code. It's never happened to me before, but I've heard it happened to others.

Also note that if you have to pay taxes online, you will need more than the asking price to buy the game time. So for example, the 60 day game time might say $29.99, but ends up be $31.30 or something with taxes, so you need to make sure the money you put in Steam or Amazon is enough to cover taxes (depends on where you live). If you pay sales tax in physical stores, you probably have to pay sales tax online too.

Ok because when I looked on amazon it showed the physical card and said there was only a certain number in stock so I wanna make sure I’m looking at right thing on amazon. Because if it’s just a digital code that I get on amazon why would they only like 1 or two in stock?

Yeah it's confusing. the initial page shows the physical card but you can click the buttons on the page for other options. Here's links to the digital codes:

60 day online game code: https://www.amazon.com/Star-Wars-Republic-Prepaid-Subscription/dp/B00HWYDM3O/

90 day online game code: https://www.amazon.com/Star-Wars-Republic-Prepaid-Subscription/dp/B015OVIHE0/

180 day online game code: https://www.amazon.com/Star-Wars-Republic-Prepaid-Subscription/dp/B015OVILWS/
