How to cancel a subscription via Steam?

purchased a subscription through steam, the benefits were applied to the game account properly, however when going to check said subscription it is not showing up in my steam subscriptions, it's not marked on the EA/SWTOR sites either. i do have the confirmation e-mail and there doesn't seem to be a means to contact them or steam about this aside from the limited customer service phone number.

The Steam sub is a one time only payment, so it will expire at the end of the term with no recurring payments afterward.
As to your question, i dont know that you can, because you won't be refunded.
What i did was to go ahead and sign up on the SWTOR website and set up my security key, then subbed through them.
For me, it then re-downloaded the game, but obviously wrote over the current one in my Steam Library.
It now shows me subbed and the game still starts through Steam.

This no longer appears to be true.. I paid for what I thought was just one month and it recharged me this month. The payment is definitely coming from Steam through Paypal as a recurring charge, but I can't find either in SWTOR.com or in my steam account where this is listed as a sub.

If you used PayPal cancel it through PayPal support. It seems to be a steam issue.

Bioware/EA/Valve will not ban someone for removing an uncharged payment source. The Paypal payment source will be unavailable and the subscription will end.

I was talking about if they tried to get their money back through PayPal... Besides,
they should be able to cancel by going under Account Details.
