Games launches stretched across both monitors

So I have a dual monitor setup, I want to play the game on my main monitor only. but when I start the game it's stretched across both my monitors. I can't seem to find a fix for this and it happens every single time I try to play. I've tried launching it in windowed mode and windowed fullscreen, and have double checked the ini file to make sure my resolution is set correctly. But I still can't fix this issue and could use some help.

I'm just trying to get the whole game to run on 1 monitor. That's it but no matter what I try it's stretching it across both my monitors. I only want it on my primary monitor.

The game seems to be confused as to what resolution 3840 x 2160 actually is. As setting the resolution to 2560 x 1600 helps a bit, but still runs off the screen onto my 2nd monitor

3840 x 2160 is my native and set resolution for my monitor.
All the config and ini files for swtor match that resolution.
