levels, how does that work?

im new to the game, so i dont know much about it. So, i want to ask someone if its possible to gain skill points so i can level all the statistics of both classess. Someone can help me explaining me if its possible?

You won't be able to level everything to the maximum because there is a level cap of 40, however once you hit 40 you can earn unlimited myth ranks which are explained fairly well on the wiki, link below.
