Random FPS drop?

I've played yesterday and the day before that with no issues? Then suddenly the fps just dropped to by 30-40, it "somewhat" improves if I stare on the ground or like a wall, but the moment something gets on the screen it immediately drops again?
I didn't have any issues with the game whatsoever before? Is there a fix or something? I can't find anything that helps me when searching for solutions.
