DLC 4 "Shattered Spectreglass" broken?

Okay, so I finish the first part, collecting the gold, and enter the LARP area and... nothing. A handful of skeletons near a banging door I take down, and literally nothing else. No "standards", no Redmourne, no nothing. I've done everything I can think of (even pushed the dice around into a few semi-random spots), but nothing I do progresses this. The only video I could find showed some glowing areas in the LARPing camp, but I haven't seen anything glowing at all. Am I missing something? Am I supposed to do something completely unintuitive? Is it just not loading something?

Ignore this. I figured it out. That first banner kinda blended into the surroundings when you don't know what you're looking for (a glow or something would've seriously helped!)

I too am lost, where's the banner, please ? Maybe a screenshot or something because I don't know what to do. The devs showed no love in this dlc.

there will be 5 banners total, 3 are out towards the edges of the map, 1 is next to the big gates and one is close to the gate one (off to the right side, on a tower, this one is easy to miss.)

The skeletons spawns at the same time as the banner and keeps spawning for a bit, when you have killed all of them you shoot at the banner and then the next banner and skeletons spawn.

I don't have a picture, but it was a ruddy red color, very easily missed against the background, on a free standing post. It was to the right side of the door, but NOT against the wall, it was closer to the front edge. It blends in with all the bric-a-brac up front, making that first one hard to spot. The rest of them are thankfully a lot easier to see.
