The Butt Stallion Pack. It's a couple of cosmetics.
The Dragon Lord Pack. It's a couple of cosmetics, and two weapons.
DLC 1; Coiled Captors. It adds ~15 minutes worth of story content and a few legendaries.
DLC 2; Glutton's Gamble. See above.
DLC 3; Molten Mirrors. See above.
DLC 4; Shattering Spectreglass. See above, but this one also adds the Blightcaller class too.
Basically all the post-launch content is underwhelming, so for the price it's not any better than the base game. It's only worthwhile if you want the cosmetics, the Blightcaller class or one of the specific few legendary items that get added. Even then though, it's still probably not worth getting them all and especially not at full price.
