I jumped through their hoops for a few responses and they still tried to gaslight me that it's my fault.
The only way I can see this actually being fixed is the squeaky wheel way—keep submitting tickets, leaving negative reviews, or any other form of outcry.

EDIT: After having rubber banding and tried to create another session, we have the same problem again...
After a 2 week ticket with support, they told me to run a trace route to an IP that isn't pingable (104.255.107.131- which I assume is one of their SHIFT servers), and blamed my ISP. Told me to contact my ISP and (i ♥♥♥♥ you not) tell them "apply any necessary updates and check for any blockers"
So apparently, three of my other friends, all in different states, all with different ISPs, have to contact our ISPs because its the ISP's problem, not Gearbox or 2k.
