About crashes (CTDs) on PC...

Ok, so I am actually happy with TTW when I can play it. But is anyone else dealing with this issue?

Literally about 1/2 the time I go to start the game, it loads up through the wyvern loaders, the title screen pops through, and then witin the next 30 seconds to 1 minute, BAM! freeze, pop-up access violation and the text, and then I need to force-quit through task manager.

Go into Steam, file integrity check, DL, repair. And then I;m fine. But it just gets tedious - my PC is fine, other games fine, registry clean, drivers good, etc. No mods, no anything sketchy w/ internet (Starlink ftw) - this is my ONLY game (including every other BL game, except BL3, which I don't have room to install) this happens with.

Anyone else have to do this open, crash, quit, verify, download, restart, play loop ad nauseum???

dug around and found a pretty good fix -

it hasn't stppped the issue for me completely, but adding -dx11 to the Launch Options under the General tab helped a lot, and then doing a Verify of the installed game files fixed most of the rest. Hope this combo works for anyone else.
