It's always been best to go vanilla first round to experience the actual game. It also can make you enjoy the modded version that much more.

Not really, just things like a lot of named enemies not respawning and needing to find 200+ dices to have decent/max drop rate made me go Redux and the mod changes a lot more than that, and I know those issues because it's kind of well-known that the game has them, at least I knew them prior to buying it.

i'd say do vanilla first, the playthough is good, its the lack of end game that killed this game more than anything. hoping redux makes an endgame(there really isnt one in vanilla). just need to fix the audio problem first, another reason to do vanilla

I tried to play with redux but redux is causing my game to crash anytime the game loads a new combat zone, cutscene, or other zone transitions. Even clicking on my journal tab causes the game to crash. Which is a big yikes. I wanna enjoy the game with all the redux tweeks but it's literally impossible if I have to reboot the game every time I finish a combat encounter.

Bro what? Games and other products get better based off criticism. None of this feedback is genuinely negative or hateful. You're asking for an echo chamber. You enjoyed the game, that's great, that's awesome. We didn't due to technical issues and other limitations and are allowed to express that.

Redux is the way to go. Gameplay changes feel so natural it's mind blowing.
Maybe play an hour with vanilla and then change to Redux. Don't waste your time playing vanilla!

I dint encouter those issues or as issues
named enemies as in gear drop enemies respawn for me and the 200 loot dice is not an issue except in teh first 10 levels maybe you only get ♥♥♥♥ gear but after that its one of the most fun things collecting them all, yet with chaos levels you wont even need them anymore so its really not an issue

Good luck on vanilla if you choose it first ganna run chaos levels until you wanna puke when it takes on average 10 to 15mins when you get the gear you need to run you're class at full tilte even faster when you run a full group. And have 100 lvl's to do to reach the end. With redux there's only 10 and you're done and also have a boss rush where you can just do the raid bosses faster and easy to know thew lvl the sign spawns on its 3 sign 3 lvls easy.
