No idea, but i assume you're recognizing it since they're all doing Skeletor impressions from He-Man.

Let's see, according to IMDB, Nick Landis is the voice for "Skeleton Melee", and Scott Frerichs is the voice of Skeleton Mage and Ribula. I'm not seeing any mention of Skeleton Archers or Gunners or anything like that specifically.

My guess is Nick Landis is the voice you're thinking of since it looks like he has quite a few other voice credits. He's rarely ever the main but plays a lot of minor characters, including in some Borderlands games. One of those actors that gets steady work without all the hassle of being a "star".
