Any way to upgrade normal version to Chaotic great edition?

I bought the normal version when it released on steam but the Chaotic great edition was not Available on the store page then. Now I'm wondering if there is any way to upgrade to it.

Wrong version gifted

I was gifted the Tiny Tina's Wonderlands (standard) edition, but we both didn't realize it was the standard edition until after my recent initial start of the game. I played for five hours until I realized this. So I am wondering if there is any way to simply upgrade the edition to the Chaotic great, or does this mean I'll have to buy the season pass separately now and forgo the cosmetics of the game meanwhile.

Only way to fix it is buying a season pass. You can reject the gift, and the sender gets refund. You can refund a game if you haven't played for 2 hours... So all you can do (without getting in trouble) is to buy a season pass for 30 bucks... (Or you can call your bank, say that the purchase was accidental, then they refund you some money, and you get a message from the steam that your account is getting suspended and banned later on, unless you somehow revert the purchase or add money or smth...)

To solve it easily, get yourself the season pass (base game + season pass, would be like 10 bucks more than the best edition)....
Then get yourself and your girlfriend some ice-cream, because this summer is gonna get really hot. And maybe some cold sparkling cocktail.

Version Upgrade?

I accidentally bought the basic version instead of the Chaotic Great Edition, and didn't realize until I had played for more than two hours, so Steam refuses any sort of refund. After several days of ticketing, I was finally told, "In this situation I suggest contacting the game support to see what's your best option to upgrade contents to the Chaotic Great Edition." They neglected to tell me how or where to do so, and I was pointed here by the community. If this is in the wrong place, please tell me what to do. If it's in the right place, please help.

Or just refund to original form of payment.

Publisher designed no other method than purchasing Chaotic Great Edition to obtain the Dragon Pack, if you have the game on Standard and would like the Dragon Pack, you would have to re-purchase the entire game again.

Please could you add an upgrade or a separate DLC function for this.
