1.If you have purchased a Physical copy, the code will be there inside the box packaging itself.
2.If you have purchased a Digital Copy, you can redeem it in the game itself.
3.Start the game
4.Press Esc or your Menu button
5.Select Social
6.Click on Mail
7.Look for the mail that says “New Content Available – Golden Hero Armor”
8.Press E to accept item

See, thats what I was thinking too... but I can't find any that looks like it could be it. Most certainly nothing that looks even close to the image shown on the store page. The store shows actual armor, with spiky bits and everything. All I have available are just color reskins and some texture changes.

Found out why my Golden Hero armor is missing... Steam page flat-out lies

So, I found out that my "missing" Golden Hero armor isn't actually missing.. it just looks absolutely nothing like what is pictured on the Steam Store. Am I just plain blind, or did Steam flat out perform some bait-and-switch, fraud-like activity here??

I mean sure, its just a cosmetic skin and overall not that important... if they had got it right. Getting it wrong is a little morally outrageous.

Its not a skin, its a colour scheme.
You can find it by the name "Golden Hero" in character presents.

I still don't see it, I have "gold plated" but I got that from a drop.

Golden Armor help?

I have purchased the game and redeemed the golden armor inside the game in the social section/mail, but cant find it anywhere in the cosmetics, am i stupid or what?

Golden armor is a color pattern that you apply to your armor in the dressing room, it's not actual armor.

Golden Armor?

So I just got the game and loving it so far but I was wondering how do I use the golden armor that we got? I went to social and claimed it but nothing is in my inv or the change station

I think it's just two armor colors... one of them being Midas Envy.
