Is there a way to scale the UI or shrink the GIANT NAMES over friends/pets?

Can we remove companion names

I'm running spore warden and constantly having "mushroom companion" in big letters is starting to ♥♥♥♥ me. I have had a quick look and it doesn't look like you can turn it off either. Maybe one for a future patch

woops, just found you can rename your pet at the quick change kiosk...this makes it slightly better, at least you can pick a shorter name :-)

Toggle name over friend's head

Anyone know where in the settings this can be toggled? I've spend too long looking for the option. But I can't find it.

I had a quick look but couldn't find an answer so I'm asking all my friends now.

Is there a way to turn off my mates name tag? It's ugly and distracting with both the name and steam symbol on my screen.

Just go to the dressing room and change the name to a small one or clear the name box and leave it empty.

I haven't played co-op yet but I see how that can become quite annoying.
