Game keeps crashes on start up

I was able to solve my game from crashing while it was starting up. I am not sure why this is happening as I can run other games on steam (they might not be using Dx12). After searching for a while about why my game I was able to find out my direct X12 is not running correctly even after updating it. Once I updated game settings to start with direct X11 (settings update -dx11) I am able to get the game working. Hopefully this is helpful to some.

Did the game launch at all? right now I can't get it to boot at all. with or with out -d3d11 or -dx11

Before I did anything it launched one time and crashed in the optimize screen but it was very laggy the whole time. Every time after that it crashed a sec after the game window showed up. I changed my settings to DX11 in game just to make sure it doesn't happen again. If I have any other issues I will check your solution out.
