Steam deck settings (30 and 60 fps targets)

Messed around with the settings and found these 2 presets to hit the 30 and 60 targets. Let me know if anyone has found better settings. All tests are based off 1280x800 screen resolution.

30 fps (high graphics) settings:
1. select high preset
2. change foliage setting to medium
3. lock steam deck to 30 fps
note: there may be some dips below 30 but you can simply turn on FSR to fix this. i left if off because i didn't notice anything major.

60 FPS (Med graphics) settings:
(note: this does have frame drops to 50 fps due to GPU/Proton but holds at 60 for 90% of the time for me. if you want a more "locked" fps change the presets to low)
1. select med preset
2. change foliage setting to low
3. turn FSR on and change to balance
note: i did adjust my sharpening to .7 because it looked closest to native resolution but this is preference.
4. lock screen to 60 fps

i haven't benchmark it but i would say about 1H 30M for both on average (give or take a little depending on whats happening)
