Epic's support is AWFUL

I have an Epic account but changed email services, so when I tried to change email addresses it tells me my new email address is invalid. So I created a NEW account using the email address it told me was invalid, sending me a verification email and all. Then, when I go to buy Tiny Tina, it tells me my zip code is invalid, but I could contact support. I drafted a response to support while logged into the new account only to have it tell me my email address is invalid and it wouldn't let me submit the support ticket. Absolutely terrible.

I really wish Steam wasn't the place E.G.S. Refugees flock when they can't get quality service nor support from the place they chose over this one.

You even have some of them posting completely irrelevant rubbish Steam can't even do anything about like this person did.

I remember the epic store as something very awfull and bare bones but over the years they improved , they recently added a new feature again and have a trello to see the upcoming new features month by month. I don't even have that much issues anymore with them , it took them some time to catch up and still will for the upcoming years. But honestly in my opinion i could care less anymore if it's on steam or on epic games.

God I wish they would. The Steam forums are filled with people with issues with Epic. Issue is their ceo. Issue is their relationship with Tencent. Issue is Epic exclusives. Issue is their bare bones launcher. Goes on and on. If all those people with issues with Epic would leave for the Epic forums that would really make these forums a better place.

Yea trello, i remember seeing achivements planned for 2019 and it got added for some games in 2021 (some games got achivements, some don't, like BL3 still don't got achivements).

when using correct info, Ive never had a problem, and the one time i wanted to refund a game, i actually got $ back faster than here...go figure...both stores for me have been good for support.
