I'm running a gtx 1070, and google said your iGPU is around RX Vega 8 in terms of performance. Here's the UserBenchmark results.
https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GTX-1070-vs-AMD-RX-Vega-8-Ryzen-iGPU/3609vsm441833
Im running 130fps 1080p with resolution scale 0.7
I guess you could have 80fps with a very low resolution scale (maybe, I don't know laptop performance)
I would hold off on getting the game. It is very fast-paced and having very choppy graphics could just lead to headaches.
But you could try it out and refund it if the game doesn't run well enough.
The game runs fine on my PC. Playing limited at 120 FPS, the game virtually never dips below that during gameplay, the GPU has no issue and barely breaks 25% usage.
Your CPU however might have trouble to follow. I have an AMD 8320 and the game alone is taking up to 60% of the CPU in some areas.
Limiting the FPS to 90 (only doable through the .ini file) did lower my CPU usage to a more decent 40-45%, so depending on your CPU, that might be a necessity.
