Dwarven ring is completely busted

Seriously with any rapid firing gun it is completely dumb how quick you can melt bosses.

With the Burst SMG you can end the 2-2 bossfight Gullveig (~3000hp) before the camera zooms out, and that's supposed to be a tier 1 weapon.

Looks like the damage reduction is not applied enough to this gun because you can shoot 6 shots per beat and deal north of 1000dpb which is enough to melt every early game boss in 3 or 4 beats, which you have the mag capacity to do without reloading. If you do not miss you will never have to reload in a boss room with this item.

It is indeed a pain to clear fly rooms but that does not balance getting what is basically a skip boss tool.

Eh whatever, use it if you don't want to have fun or if you want to farm achievements, but it is dumb.

Yeah the balancing is this game is a bit shoddy but I like to look at it like this. Do I want to one shot bosses, or clear rooms quickly. The decision is a pretty tough one when you start doing Odr runs where you can't get hit.
