Njord - buy weapon damage or Ability?

Not sure how to increase his damage. His hands. With weapon damage or ability gain?

I'm pretty sure that it counts as a weapon, so Weapon Damage.

Yea its weapon damage. just the only weapon he can use

So, yes, upping your damage stat will help and you absolutely should do that at every opportunity you get, but something else to consider is gear. I personally was very easily able to win with Njord on hard by getting myself the Dwarven Bracelet and the Richeous Sun. Other items that should be able to help would be things like the Ogre's Helm, the Face of Death, and of course, either the Rhythmic Chaos Boots or Seidr's Blessing. Hope this helps
