Additionally she'll either create a blast on the floor, which you avoid by jumping or she'll create a blast right above your head which will only hit you if you jump. You can see which one she's doing by watching her animations but it's a little bit tricky.
Other than that she just kinda throws stuff at you, I haven't paid too much attention to those attacks, I have to admit. ^^
If you have flying items, just stay on top all the time, but make sure you're high enough so you don't get hit by her high attack.
If you don't have any flying stuff, keep moving left and right and dodge the projectiles.
Most difficult boss by far in boss rush, the moving "+" cross is telegraphed with moving very slowly at the start but it's subtlety blends into the environment. That coupled with it moving clockwise or counter-clockwise at random and ability to use her quick aerial AOE is particularly frustrating.
I was only able to defeat her once in boss-rush mode with no damage. I hope that move in particular gets a slight balance pass (crosshair notification?) as well as making the other bosses a bit more difficult. Mutation modifiers have mostly decent balancing but I wished Lethal was used for faster attacks instead of spamming two of them as well as slightly reduced health pools for Giant variants (it feels like double-health and causes boss-rush mode to drag on for too long).
