Wtf does "Snap Fingers" do?

I have a better ability right now but I have the option to switch it out for Snap Fingers. The description is just "Celestial drumroll". I can't test it without losing Valkyrie's Call because I've already cleared the floor

You snap your fingers and damage enemies for a set amount of time, you COULD grab it and find out, I mean, that's really the point of games like this.

Yes, but I was near the end of a run and had a really good ability already. Didn't want to potentially throw away my run if it was much worse than what I had. If I had gotten it near the beginning I wouldn't be asking this.

Pretty much clears almost all the mobs in a room, insta grab for me

I believe it requires 3 rooms cleared to charge it, but it's a very powerful ability as Aquagrunt has stated.
