Tumbler's boots....what?
So found these but, I have no idea just what it does as I don't do anything when shooting.

So I just got that item and it's incredibly ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ weird. When you HIT an enemy, your screen changes fov (super disorienting) but it also seems like you lunge in a direction for every hit on an enemy. It's really strange and I hated it but maybe it has its uses.

Alrighty after finding these again with a faster firing weapon they aren't too shabby actually, when hitting enemies you get a mini dodge, useless with slow weapons but faster hitting weapons is nice.
