Aircraft wont land

After returning to the carrier one of my aircraft refuses to land and is doing bog-laps around the carrier. This refusal to land wouldn't be an issue if it ran out of fuel and died or was somehow able to be re-tasked away. But while it's stuck in thes failed landidn state I cant launch anything else.

This is made worse by the lack of option to save a game. Meaning the 4 hours I've spent on this mission is now wasted.

There needs to be a way to abort a landing aircraft and just have it loiter or ditch. I have had mixed success with rebasing but that is not an option if there is no other base.

This bug has been persistent. Nimitz seemed to the be worst, but now I've got Enterprise steaming away from the task force at 30 knots towards the Libyan coast with a dozen planes aimlessly circling at 1000 feet

This was the first time I loaded a saved game, and I probably had some planes in the landing pattern when I saved the game, so it might be related to that

Same issues. I truly love this game but the bugs are piling up and i'm not a coder. Taking a break from this game for a while.
