Stuck in Mission Load Screen (Copied from Discord Server Bug Reports Channel) [RESOLVED]

The game worked flawlessly on my old computer, no bugs whatsoever; I got a new computer for Christmas and redownloaded the game, and now, whenever I try to load anything (scenarios, user scenarios, encyclopedia, etc...) the progress bar freezes about 1/5 of the way through at the "CompletedMissionLoading" phase. I tried unsubscribing from all mods on the Workshop, deleting everything manually and reinstalling multiple times, everything. I looked through my log briefly and noticed that the game cannot read any of the assets. Any help would be greatly appreciated because I dearly love this game. Thank you. (edited)

That's weird. Just answered in the Discord but from your log it looks like somehow Asset Bundle loading got activated.

Could you check if this line is set to true in usersettings.ini ?
(that file can be found here: C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME\AppData\LocalLow\Triassic Games\Sea Power)

If so, could you set it to False and retry please?

Yeah, that's me on Discord too; I'm very impatient and hyperfocused on stuff like this so I tried to spread my issue across as many of the platforms as I possibly could because I could not find anyone else having this problem.

Anyways, I tried that and it worked, I loaded into the Encyclopedia in seconds.
1. I have no idea how that happened. Like I said in my original posts, I got a new computer this Christmas after previously playing the game on an older machine. All I did was download the game on my new computer, I have never been in the usersettings.ini file before I went to make sure my logs were enabled and set the debuglevel to 4, so I really have no idea how that could have happened besides the CIA trolling me or something.

I've added some code to default it to the correct value (which is "false" for now), just in case. Will be in the next update. :)
