Sea Power

Sea Power

is there a way to change the 'flight deck' of an airbase?
I'm making a scenario and want to add a small airbase. However, I only want it to have P3s not the rest of the planes that come with a 'small airbase' (F4s, EA-6Bs, RA-5Cs, CH-46s). I can't see an obvious way to change this.

From what I gather you can't alter the pre-packaged air wing that comes with a base/carrier asset. Maybe will be implemented later.

All Airflields are as .ini files in the Steam SeaPower Folder, open them with a text editor and start adding planes.

If this works I'm gonna kiss you.
Should I create a copy of the file in order not to break the game?

Yes make a copy of the Files you edited, if you really mess up steam can check the game files for errors and download them again, but that takes time.

"If this works I'm gonna kiss you." kiss the devs, because they did put in the Work to implement modding, unity games are known for being really badly moddable.
