Insane accuracy of rocket pods.

Enemy AI engaged with S-8 rocket pads from FL200 and 4.5 miles way. Slant range of 34,000 feet. Without diving, they manage to accurately hit a moving ship through clouds without having ground radar.

I'm trying to follow ROE, see if FL200 "hostile" traffic does anything hostile only to suddenly loose a vessel to something which I deem physically impossible.
Please add more realistic weapon release parameters for AI...and add spread to unquided weapons.
