Whiskey on the rocks incident gone "hot"

I just listened to story about Russian whiskey boat S-363 that got stuck on the rocks just outside a Swedish naval base and the two almost went to blows but the soviets found out the Swedes were not in the mood to get pushed around by the bigger kid on the block it might be cool idea for a mission creator that is a lot more competent then myself..
