How to edit mission downloaded from workshop

can we edit the mission we downloaded from workshop, how to do it ?

Do you see the menu bar above and the Guides section?
If you explore that, then you will see that there are guides for editing the respective ini files.
Since workshop contributions are offered by others, I do not know whether they are protected from editing; however, if you download it to your computer, then I suspect you should be able to edit it.
I cannot speak to the propriety of editing other's Workshop contributions or whether you need to give them credit in the mission description since I have yet to use the workshop.

You need to copy the mission ini files from Steam workshop folder into ..\steamapps\common\Sea Power\Sea Power_Data\StreamingAssets\user\missions\user_missions. Then, you can load missions from Mission Editor in game.
