I'm not too computer literate, so it is impossible for me personally to help them much other than notifying them in their mod's comment section it isn't working properly. Having your video to refer them to will be VERY helpful. Perhaps the Devs can make it one of the training tutorials.

The method required by Sea Power to publish content is rather non-intuitive and it's no wonder that many people find it difficult to do it properly. So, yes, your video is very helpful.
Fully agree with you. But, changing the way the scenarios/mods are uploaded would probably not be an option: it would mean all the scenarios uploaded so far would be broken. But what the devs should do (when they have time) would be to include in the documentation a complete tutorial showing how to properly publish scenarios. Or at least they could just pin this thread.
