I am thinking of an external mod manager where mods can be moved easy by entering number, adding priority etc. Assign Mods to groups ie NTU, Missions etc.
Here is the link, if some master coders wants tp give it a whack.
https://github.com/jacosmitza/SeaPowerModManager.
The idea is to have a place to easy edit the load order of the mods. But my limited skills I am not able to get it to load the Name= field from each mod-folder's _user.ini file.
Then to change the order and save the usersettings.ini file (a backup should be kept too).
But I'm unsure as to why we need a mod manager when mods can be enabled/disabled in game. While I'm ignorant to it, does the order of mods really matter?
I believe the order of patches matter: Patches above Mods above Missions.
