How to download a scenario

I know it sounds funny but I've never downloaded a scenario from the workshop... This is what I did: I subscribed this scenario https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3392829413 then exited Steam app and relaunched Sea Power. But the scenatio does not show in-game in Scenarios / Users.

Go to mod manager on main menu, select your subscribed mods and accept, it will restart the game and the mods should appear in-game.
