What is the performance like on Geforce Now Ultra Hardware?

On Performance hardware game seems to struggle on bigger missions. Is Ultimate better or similar?

On performance tier i get 30 to 40fps with 2080 and 40 to 50 fps with 3060. If i upgrade to ulitmate i'll let you know.

The performance is not GPU bound but CPU bound, currently the game is badly optimized and cannot run bigger missions smoothly for too long. This can be replicated on all sorts of hardware so I am afraid upgrading won't provide too much performance increase.

Ultimate uses 8 core ryzen vs Performance's Intel I9 4 core. that's why I'm looking for someone that tested out the ultimate subscription. There will be an improvement but how much?
