But no matter who I ask, it just doesnt even show it in event log :(

I haven't tested it out myself yet, but videos from content creators suggest that you need to have your own unit selected that is supposed to ask for identification.

Otherwise nothing happens.

Yeah I thought that too, but if you right click enemy while having selected own unit, it does the command where it goes to visually check that enemy vessel.

Yeah I thought that too, but if you right click enemy while having selected own unit, it does the command where it goes to visually check that enemy vessel.

I've struggled a bit with the interface as well, but you can hold shift (or ctrl or alt, don't remember) and then left-click (or right-click?) while having your vessel selected, and that will show the 'hamburger' icon and bring up a context menu.

Hold Left Ctrl, then the menu icon appears. Took me very long to figure out thank you so much kind stranger.
