That was your ESM, A for effort but you slipped.
Not that anything anyone says here will change price, so I'll entertain the idea - it's probably gonna be 45-70 bucks as befitting a AAA naval title. Look at Command, and that's not even 3D lol
35 is criminally low, as you very well know, EA is probably not your cup of tea.
One thing to keep in mind with your decision as for the pricing, if it's 45-50 banana's now, as the game gets features added to it, price might increase.
As has indeed been the case with multiple naval titles throughout the years.
Dont get me wrong, but an Early Access is probably nothing for you, if you have a problem with all that stuff you hesitate etc....
I do know... but this Early Access as I said lacks certain features that are a must have for me.
Well of course princing is an issue. If I buy a game I wanna be able to enjoy it the moment I purchase it, not wanting to wait for X months in wait of being finished; same principle as to why I don't pre order anything anymore. And it's the longest one 'cause is the point is gonna make or breake the purchase for me.
Sure, it depends on the Early Access, but to put an example, when I joined the EA for subnautica it had features that could make me forget it was one. Sea Power is lacking in that regard, but not to the point of dismissing the game before it's 1.0, but also the lackings I pointed out are a must have for me (as I said) regardless of EA or not.
Don't buy it then.....The main reason to support the early access is that this is a team of less than a dozen people making a game they love. This isn't Sony or EA or other huge studio/developer being lazy, this is a small developer and supporting this early access allows them to continue to develop the game.
If you think core things are missing, then wait, but when you wait the cost with increase closer to the true release date
I've made only an assumption of the price. ;-)
At the end of the day, or in 7 Minutes, everybody must make his own decision if he/she/it want to pay the given price.
The devs want to be paid for their work and that is totally legitim.
Every crying child can wait for a sale at next steam summer fest....
