Where is the .pdf manual located?

On the steam store page, there is a section on the right hand side.

It is not loading.

I copied the address at the top and it still did not work. Problem with google?

Chrome extension problem?

I'm also having a similar problem, it looks like it's trying to load but nothing happens.

Hot tip,I find this tend to happen when opening from the steam client, in such cases open the manual link from a the steam webpage on browser
