Vehicle chips

WHERE DO YOU PUT THE CHIPS FOR THE VEHICLE I CANNOT FIND WHERE TO PUT THE T1 EQUIPMENT INCREASE CHIP (oops sorry for caps) i have built the vehicle and made the first chip but now stuck also playing on the new dlc

Driver's side just behind the door, a small black thing on the side of the vehicle.

Did you also get stuck on the backseat of the vehicle while doing that? I can´t get up now. And nothing helps

Uh-oh
If the right-click to dismount wont work, the only thing I can imagine is having a friend join and pilot the truck-thing in hopes that with someone else doing stuff will enable your own leave vehicle command.

Otherwise... all I got is try to starve to death? Hope you're in a memorable spot to find your death chest...

Strange i'm also stuck at the backseat and nothing gets me out of it

Even dying ended up still being stuck in the backseat. The only thing that got me out was reloading the game.
